International Rescue Committee "helps refugees to survive and rebuild their lives in San Diego and abroad" in many ways, including by "providing bicycles to the incoming refugee population as a means of reliable transportation." Donate functioning or near-functioning bicycles of all types for all age groups, helmets, and other bicycle safety gear during committee's third annual bicycle donation drive (donations are tax deductible).
