Kelvin's executive chef Kevin Harry has created a four-course, holiday-infused menu for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Includes items such as mushroom cappuccino with crème fraiche and porcini dusting, Serrano ham and arugula salad with pomegranate dressing and drizzled with a balsamic syrup, orange glazed salmon, roasted turkey, beet mashed potatoes, and more.
