Inspired by American holiday favorites, Chef Aron Schwartz has created a three-course Christmas menu that includes classic and traditional dishes like roasted butternut squash soup, herb roasted free range turkey with brioche stuffing, local farm vegetables and house made orange cranberry sauce, and pumpkin pie with Chantilly cream. The dinner comes with the choice of one dish for each of the three courses with three or four options to choose from.
