Celebrate the 25th year of this library building designed by architect Rob Quigley. Quigley's use of natural light and materials raised the bar for libraries across the nation. Scheduled to appear: city, library, and community dignitaries, the architect, and his team. Salsa music by Manny Cepeda, kids' crafts, party refreshments.
