Mustard- and ketchup-making class led by condiment expert Zach Negin, cofounder of SoNo Mustard Company and instructor with the Institute of Domestic Technology in Pasadena. Zach will explain the process of making homemade mustard as well as lacto-fermented ketchup. Each participant will go home with a jar of each condiment handmade in class.
