Background:

The Shep Meyers Trio includes pianist Shep Meyers (Ella Fitzgerald, Anita O'Day, Julie London); bass virtuoso Bryan McConnell (Mike Wofford, Charles McPherson, Jaime Valle); and Tripp Sprague on sax/flute/harmonica (the Temptations, Smokey Robinson, Mose Allison).

The Trio frequently backs up vocalist Eleonor England.
