Synoposis

Background:

Shelley Gaines is a gospel singer who grew up in San Diego and started singing at the age of six with her godfather's church choir. For her earliest recordings, she worked with local gospel/hip-hop artist Tonex. Her debut CD, The Gift, was released in 2000 by Tommy Boy Gospel and Verity Records.
