Background:

Sean Siever’s real name is Sean McAnally. “My uncle, Steve Siever, played bass for the Harmonicats
and Les Paul, to name a few. I decided to use his name when my family's name was being butchered by all of the Filipinos I hung out with. So, promptly, they started mispronouncing Siever as sigh-ver!”

He spent around ten years working at Carvin Guitars, as well as working on various projects involving members of the Beatles’ onetime Apple protégés Badfinger and Arigon Starr.

Siever teamed with singer Kathleen “Kitten” Johnson for the band Pharmacy, but Siever left that group in late 2010, focusing on writing and utilizing connections for song placement while recovering from a
debilitating arm injury. His album Pathway to Enlightenment was released in 2011 and later reissued under the title 45.
