Background:

“I am a first place winner of Catch a Rising Star 1993,” says Peter Robberecht -- aka Prince of Piano -- who also won second place in a 2004 Liberace Play-A-Like contest, held at the Liberace Museum in a strip mall at the corner of Tropicana and Spencer in Las Vegas. He self-released his album Memories of Her in 1996.

As of 2011, he performs Fridays through Sundays at Rei do Gado Brazilian Steakhouse on Fifth Avenue downtown. He opened for Michael Feinstein on July 16 and for Burt Bacharach on August 7.
