Background:

By dressing like mods, playing hardcore music right out of the Black Flag playbook, and fighting onstage (and off) like punks, Northern Towns straddles three long-lived and popular San Diego music genres.

The band includes Daniel Sant (Over My Dead Body), Mark Smith (Swindle), Gabe Cross (the Muslims/Soft Pack), and Tommy Garcia and Brandon Hays (Please Mr. Gravedigger).
