Background:

Trumpet player Nathan Mills Mills has played with Big Time Operator, Ritmo Loco, and the U.S. Marine Band. In 2011, he began auditioning youths for a teen swing orchestra partially funded by a Perceiving Excellence Through Music grant awarded by the Escondido Charitable Foundation.
