Background:

Richard Hunter-Rivera, Jordan Heimer, and Jessica Monday of the Moviegoers met in college in NYC. The trio released an album, The Code Is Obvious, eventually relocating to the West Coast and hooking up with Carlos Robles.

Based in North Park as of 2009, the band says they “wrote a song, won a contest, made an EP, and started gigging.” Their 7-inch “Big High School” b/w “Avalanche” was released in early 2011. Within a couple more years, however, the band split up.
