Synoposis

Background:

Tijuana based singer Maximino Melchor Vázquez first earned acclaim for his ability to sing everything from classical to opera and Latin music.

He was arrested on September 19, 2012, and charged with transportation and possession of methamphetamine with intent to sale, after allegedly being caught in a car containing over forthy pounds of illegal drugs. He pleaded guilty in November and was sentenced to nine years in prison.
