Flutist Louisa West and guitarist Jimmy Patton have been working as a musical team since 2005. In recent years, the pair has joined forces with some of their talented colleagues to form a special project in which original compositions and arrangements by Jimmy Patton and other band members are featured. Their music falls into the genre of latin, world, and Brazilian jazz.
Louisa West with Jimmy Patton and Friends debuted their album Sambarina with a show at Dizzy’s downtown on August 6, 2010.
