Synoposis

Background:

Singer James Maslow grew up in La Jolla, beginning his vocal training at age 6 with the San Diego Children's Choir. He attended La Jolla and Torrey Pines elementary schools, Muirlands Middle School, the San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts, and the Coronado School of the Arts.

After appearing in theatrical productions at the La Jolla Playhouse and elsewhere, he debuted on Nickelodeon’s musical TV show Big Time Rush in late 2009 at age 18.
