This Holiday Life got a huge career boost in 2005/2006 by opening dates for a high-profile Switchfoot tour. They've also played each of Switchfoot's Bro-Am surf competitions.
The members are based in Encinitas and Carlsbad. Bass player Bobby Anderson used to be a member of Donkey Talk, along with singer Scott Anderson. Guitarist Joe Freeman was in a band called Speaking of Aslan, while Mark Nagel played drums in NCM.
