Background:
Highland Way plays both traditional and experimental Celtic music. Singer Brian Caldwell grew up in Scotland, where chronic TV viewing infused the budding songwriter and arranger with a sense of jingles and theme songs that frequently show up in the band's performances.
Joining Brian are Paul Graham Castellanos (on fiddle, mandolin, guitar, banjo), Richard Gordon Heinz, (on vocals, bass and keyboard), and Freddy Faith on percussion and drums. Featuring traditional Celtic music from Scotland and Ireland, some originals and the occasional popular cover song.
