Background:
Harmonica John plays blues with a funk-rock edge. The ability to play drums and harmonica simultaneously makes John a dangerous man. He is sometimes called a "triple threat," since he sings too.
John picked up the harmonica after losing his drums in a stupid trade to the neighborhood bullies across the street. He met Tomcat Courtney at a little club in Ocean Beach, and Tomcat introduced John to the real down-home blues. Harmonica John is sponsored by Weltmeister Harmonicas, is a member of SPAH, and has taught seminars on position playing and rack harp.
