Background:

Frank Renk played piano as a child, but after his family moved from London to LA when he was 10, his mom bought him a clarinet.

Today, Renk is Principal Clarinetist of the San Diego Chamber Orchestra, as well as playing for the San Diego Symphony Orchestra. Having studied at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and San Francisco State University, he's performed at the Mainly Mozart Festival, the Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival, and the annual La Jolla Music Society SummerFest.
