Background:

Diane Waters plays pop, country, and rock originals. Her 1996 album Thirsty Children was recorded and produced with Josquin des Pres. Other songwriters she has worked with in Nashville and San Diego include Walt Aldridge, Gary Baker, Tim Johnson, Matt Evans, Sandy Ramos, Liz Hengber, and Richard Harris.

Waters took home a second place trophy at the 2011 San Diego County Fair 1st Annual Singer/Songwriter Contest.
