Background:

The Center Chorale was formed in 2012 by the California Center for the Arts, Escondido. The ensemble director is Joe Stanford, formerly the chairman of the Palomar College Performing Arts Department and leader of the Palomar Chorale for most of his thirty-seven years at the college.
