“I’ve performed at over 600 shows from here to Minnesota,” says La Mesa vocalist Carolyn Jaynes, who sings oldies and standards all over San Diego, at senior centers, the Hilton Mission Bay, Barona, street fairs, and other public and private venues. Her full-length The Sky’s the Limit was released in 2003, and she has been regularly featured at Seaside Center for Spiritual Living since 2009.
She performs solo with recorded backing tracks, or with pianist Joe Azarello and the Seaside Band.
