Background:

Captain Fiction is fronted by teenage singer/guitarist/drummer Chris Borst, who previously played with Thunder Ground and For the Legends. Borst was once named Artist of the Week by 103.3 KTMQ in Temecula, and CF has appeared around town at the County Fair in Del Mar, the Epicentre, Soma, and elsewhere.

In 2011, Canyon Crest Academy junior Borst won a scholarship for a five-week summer performance program at Berklee College of Music in Boston.
