Bill Shreeve studied music at San Diego State University and has trained with sax giants Charles McPherson, Brandon Fields, Bob Sheppard, Eric Marienthal, and Phil Woods.

Since the '70s Shreeve has been a bandleader and freelance woodwind player in local and national jazz, pop, and rock groups.

His album Feel This features local guitarist Peter Sprague and Fattburger’s smooth-jazz masters Kevin Koch (drums) and Evan Marks (guitar). Other guest players include Dave Scott (trombone), Steve Smith and Lynn Willard (keys), Vince Clementson (guitar), and Justin Grinnell and Nathan Brown (bass).

Shreeve writes, records, and produces at his recording studio, Bill Shreeve Music Productions. In 2011, he picked up a twice-weekly residency at Croce’s downtown: Fridays from 8:30 PM until 12:30 AM, and Mondays from 7:30 PM until 11:30 PM.
