Los Vicente Guerrero and San Quintín Look to Coordinate Operations (EL MEXICANO, 12/12/12 by Jorge Armando Perzabal)

SAN QUINTÍN, BC - Delegates will seek to coordinate operations performed by their different police corporations to lower theft rates affecting these delegations. Thefts in both areas have increased by 100% because there are not enough Municipal police agents for each delegation, as there are less than 50 officers for more than 80 colonies between the two delegations.

Vicente Guerrero delegate, Justino Herrera, noted he will ask the municipal President of Ensenada, Enrique Pelayo Torres, to send more agents for his delegation, as we need more Municipal police agents on the streets. "We had meetings with the delegates where we have dealt with this topic and the wave of thefts are in all of the delegations. I will request more police officers to provide security to residents", said the delegate.

Jaime Solorio Alejandre, delegate of San Quentin, said that he will discuss demarcations with policy makers from various corporations to perform coordinated operations in the colonies with high criminal rates. "I shall request the Ministerial police commanders, as well as of the Federal Police and the Mexican army, support us to constantly operate teams in these colonies to lower the criminal rates", noted Solorio Alejandre. "We are working with delegates in these areas to fight the wave of thefts in different ways which have happened in some if our colonies," said Jaime Solorio. http://www.el-mexicano.com.mx/informacion/noticias/1/3/estatal/2012/12/14/636284/buscan-implementar-operativos-coordinados.aspx
