San Diego Unified's Real Estate Sale Now One Step Closer
Pardon me if I have no confidence in what any part of the School Board holds to be true, after they have PROVEN to me that they DO NOT KNOW what they are doing, I don't even know why they even consider(ed) the decisions they 've made or have ever made. I am supposed to believe that NOW they have the answer and it's the right answer--to sell valuable properties at cheap rates, because they FEEL they won't get a better rate? Human Nature to try and get something for nothing, especially when they're greedy. AND it's human nature to try and get something for something somebody else has done again, when they're greedy. How can they, in fact, everyone who is in public office feel that they can keep making decisions that are not in the best interest of us the public and keep getting away with it? What about occupying San Diego 99%? In all parts of City of San Diego needs overhauling--sick and tired about sick and tired.— May 19, 2012 11:33 a.m.
San Diego Redevelopment: They Prey, We Pray
Your wish has come true Fred. As of Feb 1, 2012, ALL redevelop agencies are closed and closed by the state no less. I, for one, am so sorry they helped a great deal in my poor neighborhood--District 8 or 9 yeah, that's right there's been another change, Southcrest a neighbor of Shelltown. The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh.— February 1, 2012 9:31 p.m.
Helicopters Hovering Over University Heights
They come to my neighborhood too, Shelltow. I suppose your saying to yourself well, why not do you know what THEY do there. Nothing more then what you do in your neighborhood or criminals do in your neighborhoods. We just get more media coverage than you do. Why? Who knows, but nevertheless, we get a lot of helicopter coverage too; I don't mind when it has to do with a lost child, but anything else . . . Makes it hard to judge, so I don't I just wish they would not keep hovering. Man, it goes to 1 1/2 to 2 hours at the most, least has been 1/2. Must be costing the city plenty or a drainon police budget. I now feel better got that out.— August 31, 2011 10:58 a.m.
