Potrero land purchaser tries his best to obey fire regs
Cops buy donuts in their spare time...fire people urge useless tree cutting. Sigh.
— January 2, 2008 5:29 p.m.
In San Diego, homes of 900 square feet were going for more than $400,000
Glad I never did too much with that real estate license....
— January 2, 2008 5:27 p.m.
Letters
Can you ask people about christmas who can't afford to buy presents and stuff next year? I'd like to read something about that.
— January 2, 2008 5:22 p.m.
Dr. Robin Hood
Since when does italian food look indian?
— January 2, 2008 5:16 p.m.
Barn Owl Boxes
If a tree guy is a tree surgeon, what is an owl box putter-upper guy? If you gave a rat rat poison, and then an owl swooped down to eat the poisoned rat, would it kill the owl too? Should people who have owl boxes not have rat poison in their yards?
— January 2, 2008 5:09 p.m.
Mike “The Feel” Schaub, 12 Cent, Little Man T
where are everybody's faces. I want to know what the people listening to local music look like because it matters on the scale of scenester coolness.
— January 2, 2008 5:05 p.m.
Merry Tuesday
aw. if you hate the holiday just give backhanded presents like I do. Broseph #1 got smartmouth mouth wash (which my mom decided she wanted to buy since it really DOES prevent morning breath.) Broseph # 2 got a charcoal grey shirt (because he only wears black shirts, this was a good joke.) and my mom got...balls. these china porcelain balls that go with her kitchen...5 balls. "carpet balls" are a home decorating mystery.
— January 2, 2008 5:05 p.m.
Get Back Loretta
I like these guys. Go see their show.
— January 2, 2008 5 p.m.
Get Paid Lately?
A tip to the glossines girl: Charge that stuff on a credit card, then transfer the balance over to another credit card that has 0% interest for one year. As long as ya don't default on your payments, (seriously call the 800 number on the card and mark that on your calendar), its the best way to take care of things like that. And START A PAYPAL ACCOUNT! With a "donate now" button on your bands myspace. You will get a lot of money coming in that way. Every little bit counts.

"carpet balls" are a home decorating mystery.— January 2, 2008 5:05 p.m.

Every little bit counts.— January 2, 2008 4:59 p.m.
