Come up with $8 mil and change, and the second floor is yours
It's worth what people will pay for it. Perhaps, the Smurf's Trust will find it of value :)— December 20, 2017 1:32 p.m.
Two nine-story buildings for Little Italy
Don't you go throwing shade at the follically chalanged.— September 9, 2017 6:24 p.m.
Luxury apartments rising at Texas Street and Howard
East Co. just needs a few artists to settle in places like downtown El Cajon. The gyms will follow and it all starts again.— July 18, 2017 8:06 p.m.
Luxury apartments rising at Texas Street and Howard
The older housing stock will jump signifagently based on the possible "market rate" of the new structures. Neighborhoods due evolve, especially desirable ones like NP. Higher rents will ripple out to City Heights and beyond. Time to move to East Co. and beyond as wages are stagnant.— July 18, 2017 6:34 p.m.
CVS Pharmacy planned for Bankers Hill
I guess these pharmacy's make money. They're sprouting up just about everywhere and they are convenient when buying just a few items. I imagine the seniors will appreciate the close proximity of this one..— June 29, 2017 6:07 p.m.
Two more downtown high-rises — 800 Broadway and 6th & A
Affordable housing in San Diego.....I don't think so. SD like SF and LA will only be homes to the well off. The up and coming "creative class" is moving inland to places like Cathedral City and high desert towns.— June 9, 2017 12:20 p.m.
Busted, Palomar Card Room now a magnet for graffiti, trash, homeless
Keep their feet to the fire, or should I say cards. This is not the type of business, unless legally run and well managed, that's good for a neighborhood. Thank you for these articles about North Park. It's a great neighborhood that can only stay that way if people take an interest in it.— June 2, 2017 11:46 a.m.
City holds garage sale next to homeless center
It's possible since San Diego does have its' share of wealthy philanthropic individuals who like to see their names on buildings and a lively arts community to support it.— February 7, 2017 8:32 p.m.
City holds garage sale next to homeless center
Interesting, maybe demolish it and build an arts center on the lower floor with rent-able arts related spaces. Add a couple floors for small businesses and top it off with a restaurant/bar to generate income for the arts center.— February 7, 2017 8:05 p.m.
Ready to fill with North Park foodies
Or, some type of operation with a very high mark up like a cocktail specialty bistro with Laundromat. You could wash and drink at the same time.— February 2, 2017 5:50 p.m.
