Paul Kamanski, the Heartbreakers Meets the Black Crowes
While I think the world of Jay Allan Sanford I see now I was mistaken in thinking he'd written this lovely piece of local music journalism. Nay 'twas our other brother, multitalented photg/journalist Dave Good. What's in a name?— May 20, 2012 9:41 a.m.

Yay Mary Leary! Mental as Anything are an Australian band that NO ONE up here knows about. I was in Sydney working with a publisher and my songwriting partner Bruce Donnelly in 1981 and, "If You Leave Me Can I Come Too" was the constant radio hit. I have'nt seen a review of local shows in the press for...ever and I'm glad to see someone is doing the fun part of promoting music. That is to say: It's all very nice to get some pre-gig print, but I wanna know is how it went over. Thumbs up? Thumbs down? We need more press about S.D.'s Faves and Flops, like they do it in the British music papers....who's stolen who's drummer and...what were they thinking!? I am your fan, Joey Harris— April 18, 2010 2:51 a.m.
