The F Street Adult Video & Gifts property at 2004 University Avenue in North Park is up for sale. It's located just west of Pecs Bar, at 2046 University Avenue.

The North Park property is listed at $1.8 million, represented by Chula Vista real estate agent Robert Yu of YMS Realty.

Gojko (a.k.a. Greg) Vasic opened the first outlet of the chain on F Street in downtown San Diego in 1974. His wife Alma took over the business in 1993, when her husband died.

A November 7 call and email to Yu received no response. The phone number of the North Park store is disconnected. In an October 2010 Reader article, Matt Potter reported that Vasic once gave $2500 to California Assembly candidate Toni Atkins, now the Democratic majority leader.

According to San Diego Source, the F Street building at 704 N. Coast Highway in Encinitas was sold in 2009 by "Alma R. Vasic Grantor Retained Annuity Trust."

Three years ago the building that houses Bodhi Veterinary Clinic and Animal Hospital, at 2200 University Avenue, was also sold by the trust. That building was the previous location of Mustang Spa and the controversial (later closed by the city) 2200 Club.

Another adult store, Pleasures & Treasures, moved sometime back to a larger space at 2525 University Avenue. Unlike the windowless F Street storefront, it offers constantly updated window displays.

F Street still has stores in Miramar, Kearny Mesa, Chula Vista, and the Gaslamp District.
